The NSS Unit of NRAM Polytechnic conducted a workshop on "Innovate and Inspire" on 1st April 2025. The session was led by JC Deeksha Kotian, a JCI India Author and National Trainer, known for her expertise in leadership training and motivational speaking.

Ms. Deeksha Kotian began the session by highlighting the importance of innovation and inspiration in personal and professional growth. She emphasized creativity, a proactive mindset and embracing challenges as key to success. Through interactive activities, she showed how small shifts in thinking can lead to significant change. A major focus was on leadership and teamwork, where she explained the value of collaboration, communication and problem-solving in driving innovation. Group discussions and practical exercises helped students identify their strengths and envision their future.
