Admission Procedure
Application forms are available from in the month of May & June. Press notifications are published in the local dailies in May/June, immediately after the S.S.L.C results are announced. The last date to obtain the application form is July 15. Admissions are conducted through ON LINE process of Dept. of Employment & Training, Govt. Of Karnataka. Applicant may visit the institute for further admission process with required documents. Admissions are held in July and classes commence in the month of August.
Sanctioned Seats
As per the norms and reservation policy of the Government, including boys and girls per trade is permitted as follows.

List of documents to be produced at the time of admission
- 10th std./SSLC pass certificate for proof of date of birth – Original + 3 attested photocopies
- Transfer certificate from the institution last attended – Original + 3 attested photocopies
- Conduct certificate from the institution last attended – Original only
- Caste certificate if the student applies in the caste category – Original + 3 attested photocopies
- Rural certificate if the student applies in the rural category – Original + 3 attested photocopies
- Aadhar Card – 3 photo copies
- First Page of Bank Pass Book of Nationalized Bank- 3 Photo Copies.
- Kannada Medium certificate if the student studied 1st Std.to 10th Std.in Kannada Medium school- Original + 3 attested photocopies.
- Study certificate from 1st std. to 10th std.
- Passport Size Photo Copies – 1 No.
