If you are SSLC Passed , then you can get an application Form from the office or Download the Application (See Sl No 27) . Fill the application and submit to the office.

For Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Electrician, Fitter, Electronics Mechanic & Mechanic Refrigeration Trade is SSLC

• Computer operator & Programming Assistant(COPA) NCVT – NSQF Level 4
• Electrician NCVT – NSQF Level 5
• Electronic Mechanic is changed to Electronics Mechanic NCVT – NSQF Level 5
• Fitter NCVT – NSQF Level 5
• Mechanic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning NCVT – NSQF Level 5

• 10th std./SSLC pass certificate for proof of date of birth – Original + 1 attested photocopies
• Transfer certificate from the institution last attended – Original + 1 attested photocopies
• Conduct certificate from the institution last attended – Original only Caste certificate if the student applies in the caste category – Original + 1 attested photocopies
• Rural certificate if the student applies in the rural category – Original + 1 attested photocopies
• Aadhar Card – 1 photo copies
• First Page of Bank Pass Book of Nationalized Bank- 1 Photo Copies.
• Kannada Medium certificate if the student studied 1st Std.to 10th Std.in Kannada Medium school- Original + 1 attested photocopies.
• Passport Size Photo Copies – 1 No
• Study certificate from 1St Std. to 10th Std. Original + 1 attested photocopies

After Completing ITI Trade

• You may have opportunity in Multinational Company & Public Sector Companies and can also go for Self Employment.
• Lateral Entry to Second Year Diploma Engineering for Two Year ITI trade.
